Anything you can purchase from America we can ship! You can purchase items yourself without any consultation with us. All you have to do is place your order, send it to our USA address, send us the details of your order with your tracking number and we will take care of the rest.

We ship a 40ft container approximately every 6-8 weeks with three vehicles inside. This leaves plenty of room for general freight. There is no minimum charge on General Freight. It is charged at a very competitive rate of $550.00 per cubic metre, and customs entry of approximately 12% of USD value. Additional duty can be waived if supplied with an invoice to state the goods are of USA origin, and therefore falls under the Free Trade Agreement. There is also a one off (per delivery charge of $20.00 handling/ receiving fee).

If any freight is used or dirty and requires cleaning, this may incur quarantine inspection fees. If insurance is required for your items, just speak to Shelley at MW USA Imports to arrange. Please email a copy of your invoice for purchased goods and your tracking number. Please contact us for warehouse address before shipping items. 

 

Please allow 7 to 8 weeks for your freight to arrive in Australia, it is normally quicker but we like to allow this amount of time for any delays. *Please note port/ shipping/ customs clearing delays are out of our control.

All freight arrives at our Toowoomba depot and can be collected once you receive a notification and payment has been made.
